Should you be inquiring about your purchase or online order, you can still contact us at the same email address. Do quote us your Invoice Number in your email to us.

Creating an account allows yourself and us to store your addresses for the future, track the status of your order, view your order history, create product alerts, wish lists, and be the first in line to any of our events and sales items but more importantly allow you to have a direct access to us in all matters pertaining to your purchases. We don’t store your credit card details as we don’t use a store card function on our site, therefore your card information is never stored within our site.

We assure all our customers that the website uses technology that ensure the highest level of security possible on all orders. PayPal is our 3rd party provider and takes care of all payment security including credit card payments. We don’t use a store card function on our site, therefore your card information is never stored within our site. Additionally, our website is protected by a Secure Socket Layer certificate (SSL), as providing the highest level of protection for customers against any forms of fraud.

If you have any doubts about whether an order has been successful, registered customers can check by logging in and clicking on the ‘Login/ Register’ link at the top of any page on the site. Your order will be shipped directly from us within 2 business days, or on the next business day for orders made over the weekend or public holidays, unless it is pre-order or custom order.

To track your order, please check the shipping confirmation email sent by us. We will do our best to inform you of your shipping status at every step of the way.  Alternatively, you can also email us to check on its status.

If you have an account with us, you can view your order history by logging in and clicking on the ‘Account’ link at the top of any page on the site and clicking ‘Order History’.

Simply click on the ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ link on ‘Log in / Register’. Follow the step-by-step instructions on how to reset your password. Alternatively, you may also change your password in your Account Page > Profile.

To change details of your order, including your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Order details may not be changed after the item has been processed for shipping by the seller and any extra fees incur due to this cause will be borne by the customer.

Your order will be shipped directly within 2 business days unless it is pre-order, custom, or as specified by the seller. All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Depending on your location and choice of shipping options, delivery may take between 24 hours to several weeks from our warehouse to your assigned address.

For orders in Metro Manila area, shipping will be made on the next business day “after” you settle your payment (weekends are excluded).  For Provincial Areas, please allow us to deliver your orders 2-5 Business Days after shipping (some holidays might be excluded).

All shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

As we aim to provide nature’s gift, we only ship through our trusted couriers’ to deliver it to you. For same day delivery in Metro Manila, we’ll ship it via Lalamove or Grab Express. For Provincial Area, we have LBC and QuickExpress to deliver it on your door step.

Essential Oils (Aromatherapy Oils) are the highly concentrated, volatile, aromatic essences of plants. The purest essential oils come from carefully cultivated and wild grown plants from climatic and geographic regions throughout the world.

Carrier oils are also referred to as vegetable oils and base oils. They have extensive applications in Aromatherapy because they are used to dilute Essential Oils or absolutes for application. They are also used in the manufacturing of cold-process soaps and for massage by Massage Therapists. Each Carrier Oil has different properties and the choice of carrier oil can depend on the therapeutic benefit being sought.

All of our oils are 100% pure and natural, of therapeutic grade and free from any chemicals or pesticides.

Essential oils essences are expressed directly from plants or plant parts and are all natural, whereas fragrant oils are manufactured in a lab from different aromatic chemicals.

Many essential oils can cause irritation to the skin. They should be blended in a carrier (vegetable) oil before being applied to the skin. Only Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils can be applied directly to the skin.

Most Citrus essential oils are considered to be phototoxic. This means that when applied to the skin prior to sunlight exposure, they can increase skin pigmentation. Oils that should be avoided approximately six hours before prolonged sunlight exposure include bergamot, lemon, grapefruit, orange and mandarin. They should not be used at all while taking phototoxic medications, as any direct sunlight on the skin could trigger the possibility of a medical emergency.

Despite our Essential and Carrier Oils are pure, and in many cases, food grade, we do NOT recommend the ingestion of essential oils. They are highly concentrated and have the capacity to cause serious damage if used internally without the necessary expertise required in administering it of a medical professional.

No returns, just exchange.

We value our clients as much as we value nature and with that, we encourage you to get in touch with us should you encounter any issues in receiving your orders.

The costs of return postage will be at your own expense.

We test and pack our products well before we ship it to ensure that it will be delivered on its pristine condition.  We regret to inform you that we don’t give refund, but we provide replacement for the diffusers.  On this light, please send us an email or message us on our social media channels together with the following:

Once sent, please send the item back to us for an assessment.

We encourage you to test the unit once received as we only have 7 days replacement period and 3 months warranty.   Damages due to mishandling will void your unit’s eligibility for replacement and its warranty.

Refunds will be made to you within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item back to us, for which you will be refunded. You will then need to place a new order.

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing the product. If you would like to cancel an order or make any changes, please do so as soon as possible as your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch. Once cancellation is made prior to order processing, and we confirm that your order has been cancelled by email, you will be fully refunded, minus any service charges incurred through your original payment method. Refund is within 7 days.
